@peterrelph2 That's okay, but know that most people, including those in the PolSci field, have much more restrictive definitions than you and this is bound to cause conflict, because identifying fascism is vital. I am also wholly of the belief that 'everything is fascism' on an emotional level, but that's an extremely flimsy position to take if you're trying to get people to understand what we're up against.
For my 'actual' definition I prefer Umberto Eco's take: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ur-Fascism But I'm not a stickler for definitions, I just don't like how a lot of people these days think Black doesn't exist, but you seem have the opposite problem; you present the world in blackest terms such that we can't see any solutions, and this is the danger of 'everything being fascism'. So yeah fuck libs but there's no victory without them.
