@Antiqueight There have been a couple of "wait, you're putting what with what?!" recipes this year, that were quickly marked as "never make this again", but most have been tasty. No repeats (so far!) of previous years' "Yeah, we listed X as an ingredient, but at no stage in the instructions will we ever mention it again!" Mostly it's just poorly timed or badly organised instructions, like putting water on to boil or heating an oven way too early, or chopping up meat before doing veg prep.
