Jeremy List@inthehands even in the hypothetical scenario where someone trains an AI that's actually a net positive when applied to finding candidates: I seriously doubt the training data used would be matching resumés with some group of humans' hiring decisions; which AFAIK is what every existing HR AI was trained on.
