.me is the ccTLD for Montenegro, so only use it if you're from Montenegro or your blog is about Montenegro.

.blog might make sense, but I'm old so it doesn't look like a TLD to me, and I'll never remember.

.org is not just for organizations, but for any domain that doesn't fit anywhere else (RFC1591). So that's the one.
