It's a hot day, and it is nearly at the forecast max of 35C. (It will go higher I am sure.) So it is mango lassi time. I've just taken the mango that I cut up a week or so ago out of the freezer - it needs to defrost for 10 so I can break the block in half. Then mango + yoghurt + a little water + a little sugar + cardamom + blender (+ice if you need it, lessen water if you do) = mango lassi.
