    does anyone here live in northeastern oregon?

    if you do are you able/willing to provide transportation for me?

    I have an appointment tomorrow for work but I have no way to get there, the only public transit from Baker City to La Grande leaves Baker at 7 in the morning, but my appointment is at 4 in the afternoon.

    I've tried calling to reschedule but I haven't heard back yet, and I have no idea what to do
