It's the week of the annual African Union summit!

African leaders travel to Ethiopia, headquarters of the AU to discuss how to solve the continent's endless problems.

We know what that means. Time to detain en masse all of Addis Ababa's pesky homeless, beggars & street vendors. It's an annual practice that will see them released as soon as the foreign delegations depart Ethiopia.
