I'm not sure anyone cares, but an update about the new instance for my Mastodon account. (not this one, this is Firefish, you silly - the other one)

Unless something drastic happens while I'm sleeping (I should have gone to bed an hour ago) it'll be indieweb.social !

@tchambers@indieweb.social won me over with his handling of the situation with the opt-in opt-out silliness. We need more admins like him who know what they're talking about.

Now I need to find a handle as @david is taken (by someone who never used the account... 😥 They could have deleted it. @david@indieweb.social if you ever get a notification for this mention and want to hand over your empty account to me, it'd be very nice)

I have a few ideas, but I'm sure I'll be overthinking them for the next few days. We'll see.
