@augustus Wasn't this the other way around? The MoD wants to lower overseas security requirements to allow for higher recruitment and Shapps claims he wants to challenge it? He won't do bugger all but why would overseas citizens want to die for a foreign country? Tories tone deaf to social conservatism as usual.
