Survival is Insufficient@eris So far she has been told she can't prove anything put it happens repeatedly and the people in question are obviously doing it. They throw rocks at the dogs and have even tried to hit them with a 2×4 over the fence. She has already gone to court over that stuff and won. She had a camera on the area because of it but her subscription lapsed and it wasn't on.
