This is the second year in a row that I had plans for this very weekend disrupted because the person with whom I had the plans came down with #COVID. We are four years into this pandemic and I'm tired. I'm tired of the inaction of the government and the people. I'm tired of corporate profits being more important than people's lives. I'm tired of people placing more weight on the comments section rather than scientists.

We are a failed society. We can't even protect ourselves from a fucking plague because it might be a minor inconvenience to prevent its spread. And we keep electing stupid people to lead us.
