I have to police those on liberal.city every once in a while. but I'm a tiny server and don't have your higher standards for free expression. if admins didn't do that, the fedi would be full of them I assume. I'm sure you'd spend just as much time here if you had to block them regularly. and it would only make us more inviting to the world cause people would know we are principled defenders of everybody's right to be scammed by Nigerians.
