I found them because I was lookup up “docker hosting” assuming it would be cheaper than paying for an entire Linux kernel for myself. Your dockers run side by side with the other customers’ dockers, and the container environment measures and makes sure you have enough dedicated memory that you paid for, plus enough CPU cycles for however much vCPU you are supposed to get
