Another bad habbit of mine was snacks. No Netflix'n'chill without crisps, nuts, ... anything actually.
Also throughout the day I would get snacks between meals.
I stopped that and I plan to keep it that way.
Another thing I changed was breakfeast. No bakery products with jam, yoghurt with muesli insted.
The other meals I didn't change, regardless if they are healthy or not. But I noticed that I eat way less now compared to a month ago.
