So this time, I need to do this slowly and sustainable.
Sweets are my biggest weakness and I wanted to prove to myself that I can do a full month without them.
And I am happy to say that I managed to do that. But I also noticed that my desire for sweets basically disappeared.
It was hard at times, esp. when your mum bakes the best looking muffins you'll ever see.
But it was worth it. My main takeaway: I feel way less tired.
