According to the BMI my normal weight would be between 60 and 75, which if absolutely ridiculous given my body type. I am that broad shoulders type, I have the gift of building up muscles in no time, but I also have the gift of building up fat in no time 😂
So, what is my goal? Well, below 80 would be great, 75 would be awesome and 73 would be my dream weight.
Some years ago I managed to get to 75 (starting from 85) quite fast, but you know, Jojo effect...
