Gwen Morningstar🏳️⚧️Hi everyone. My name is Katherine "Gwen" Morningstar. I have been diagnosed with Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). Due to my condition, I have not been able to remain upright long enough to cook my own meals or bathe myself, yet alone work to pay my rent, utilities, or transportation to and from my doctor's visits. I am in the process of getting assistance for disability income through the SSA but it has been slow. In the meantime, I need assistance paying the remainder of my bills this month.
