    いつも同じように見えるかも知れないけど、毎回少しずつ違う自家製十割ぞば。今回は鬼殻が全く入らない、更科スタイル。
    そして、いつもより粗挽き。
    粗挽きは最初の湯回しが勝負。
    今回非常に上手く行って、たぐるほど額繋がった蕎麦になった。もちろん全部じゃないけど。粗挽きは、食感と香りが全然違う。
