@kaia no, but I expect it's like eating at walmart: it's the low-tier, bargain brand valentine's dinner for those who can't afford something fancier. a 3 course meal at even a mid-level restaurant where I live would probably run you between $60-$100. no everyone can afford that. of course that can be partly attributed to bad financial management. some Americans don't even know what a budget is.
