    all of the fiddly bits of the pattern have been drafted. a pattern with my measurements has been printed. currently cutting and gluing it.

    the part down there in the front is BIG. it takes TWO A4 pages.

    and I can fit my hand with all fingers spread out in it!

    (of course I'm talking about the pattern for the front pockets)
