Texas national guard put barbed wire and fences around a part of the border, Federal border patrol told them to remove it, so Texas blocked Federal border patrol from entering that area. Feds seethed and sued. Courts said Feds have a right to take the barbed wire down. Texas just keeps adding more and told them to fuck off.
