Not when your picking between two overtly racist candidates when you have at least 2 other choices on the ballot. Saying your voting for one racist because you hate some other racist that is running and refusing to vote for the two other non-racist good people is not picking the lesser of two evils, its literally just picking evil when you had non-evil choices.
