Why would there be?

The contract for that SaaSS specifically lays out a wide range of abuses that the hoster allowed themselves to carry out and even if you could really sue, damages awarded would be minor (ideally one would aim for the specific performance of providing a copy of the source code for the hologram, but that's not really achievable).
