It seems to be the type of app that they're most comfortable with. Very insightful, indeed. No wonder all the other herders of sheep are so highly invested in their stakes, on the Ukrainian pasture, it is a potential testing ground, among other things, one assumes.

It is imperative for those who need this type of control to have universal implementation. One assumes that  for those types of people, with those types of minds bent on controlling others with that perception of power, such an option must be near orgasmic for them. You have given me much to ponder.
