    Understand that *overworked* is standard. The 40 hour work week is, scientifically speaking, inefficient which makes it overwork.

    Unless a manager is actively limiting someone's workload to under 30 hours (while still letting them log 40, since you need that to be alive in 2024 american society) they are overworked.
