@alanpringle So many boomers intentionally take on avoidable risks it’s feels like a generational characteristic. I suspect a lot in the generation have a childhood association breaking out of social repression with taking on risk. Sneaking out of the house to go on a date, moving in with their unmarried significant other, etc. I think responsibly taking a covid booster gets misassociated with a generation of ad memes for rebellion and independence from repressive social norms of their time.
