No one suggested that - I'm suggesting the allegations be considered. As of right now they are merely allegations and Tim Ballard deserves a fair day in court. However I never liked Ballard. When the news first broke about the allegations I was not inclined to believe them either - I assumed it was probably a smear tactic. After reviewing it though, along with Ballard's behavior and things he has said in numerous interviews - my discernment tells me something isn't right with him.
