Is there an easy to use #openstreetmap based (web)app that can answer visually questions such as

from any given point:

- highlight walking paths that radiate in all directions indicating maximum reachable area within a given walking time.

- for any type of feature (monument, attraction etc) and total available walking time plot the shortest closed path that spans the most features

I.e a simple query language that helps plan feasible / interesting walks
