Day 71 Monday 08/01/24TL:DR Slightly less ugh! A better day today, still sick as a dog, everything aching &amp; painful but at least not feeling like death warmed up ! Managed to do ablutions  &amp; get dressed this morning , a little NMS &amp; a lot of snoozing.Final Thoughts:On the way back up - yay! A massive thank you to all those who are helping me on this journey, in a myriad different ways. I am thankful to each &amp; every one of you! 🫂 🫶🐿️🖖 @actuallyautistic@a.gup.pe
