E.g. the SocialCG / W3C orgs, their various repo's and the mailing list.</p><p>A forum, esp. <a href="https://mastodon.social/@Discourse">@Discourse</a> is very well-suited to long-form discussion and has way more functionality to organize than an issue tracker.</p><p>Looking at "busy" trackers, eg. Mastodon I'm glad not having to deal with that. Valid concern, might be discussed, for time being, on SocialHub/FEP.
