i think the other one is ballot stuffing these days. they were very resistant to attempts to force signature checks in the USA. they would get paid or told to check the signatures, and would just run the counts again instead. now there's been several judges since then rule that there probably actually was ballot stuffing happening :ablobcateyeroll:
