Yesterday I flew through a lot of #Vol3, as I was procrastinating and was a bit stiff from some stronger gardening work. I am well into this volume's Tiffin section. What a wealth of recipes, this time with far more vadais, as well as dosai, adai, appams, cutlets, biriyani. Cutlets and chops are gorgeous names for vegetable patty-like items that are fabulous and delicious.
In the previous section there were recipes for wafers, pickles and chutneys, amongst others. Today I am hoping to move through Tiffins 😋 into Weddings!
