Temporary Name@DaddyO Good point. I hadn't thought of it in those terms. My Favorite Wife was an adaption of a stage play and there was a lot of that too. I think the reasons today are basically the same though: it worked before, so it'll work again. Also people refuse to watch movies that are too old for some reason.
