E_Nonymouse@adamconover I strongly disagree with that, municipal governments are allowed to make that rule for any street they choose as is. Signs saying no right on red is all it takes.
The biggest issue with cyclists and pedestrians (mind you i've been both decades in addition to being a motorcyclist and motorist), they tend to assume they have the right of way in most situations when they don't.
A cyclist once tried to claim right of way at crosswalk, it's only right of way for traffic on foot.🤦♂️
