I saw something like this at Robin Rendle’s site <a href="https://sfba.social/@fonts">@fonts</a>. He hosts a newsletter called The Cascade (<a href="https://robinrendle.com/the-cascade/" rel="nofollow noreferrer">https://robinrendle.com/the-cascade/</a>), which is hosted on his site and then sent out via email using Buttondown.
