But, it is bothersome to have to have everything through an application that necessitates a smartphone or smart device. Of course, corporations love this because it means reduced overhead/expenses to them and simplifies their processes while also forcing customers into having accounts which are portals for marketing and tracking. Capital is going to work together to push this forward and make it increasingly difficult to not be apart of the system. It's just like how governments and financial institutions are going to make it increasingly more painful to use cash.
