Ist das Pensum leistbar?</p><p>Pi*Daumen 20-30min sollte ein:e Pfleger:in pro Bewohner:in bei der Morgenpflege aufwänden, die meist von 07:00-10:00 läuft. Heißt max. 6-9 Bewohner:innen je Pfleger:in sind machbar.
