Aviel Roshwald#Introduction: I’m a #history professor focusing on 20th-century #Europe, with a particular interest in the comparative history of #nationalism and of responses to Nazi aggression. My most recent book is Occupied: European and Asian Responses to Axis Conquest, 1937-1945 (Cambridge University Press, 2023). I’m also a co-editor of the two-volume Cambridge History of Nationhood and Nationalism, which was likewise published in 2023.
