Although we don't have an algorithm throwing the absolute worst shit in your face for Engagement™, the nature of federation still means that stuff that is boosted and replied to gets federated more widely.

We need to make the moderation tools and structural effects stronger so they protect everyone, and to be mindful that people who report harassment are telling the truth even when you've not seen it
