Junior/middle QA and analyst positions are often dominated by women, they are very apt at tedium of executing manual scenarios and mediating multiple parties in endless calls, so long there is something or someone telling what to do, but lack passion required to proactively seek improvements. If you'd see a woman with own initiative to break status quo and established consensus for the sake of betterment (e.g. refactoring, redesign of architecture, adopting something), thats a sure sign of either a man behind that woman, or a man in woman's clothes.
