@Hyolobrika @sun_eater Yes I agree, I don't think either of the above mentioned things abrogate free will if they're practiced responsibly. You could characterize many of the conversations I've had with people over the years to be "egg cracking" because they were pivotal in terms of assessing their own self knowledge, but at the end of the day, it was still their choice whether to do anything with it. Worry about the people who are actually forcing and imposing identities by fiat before you go on moral crusades against things which have euphoric terminology but ultimately don't have the claimed problems many people say they do.
