Can't figure out what brightness to set bathroom globe. Its dark in the day but blindingly light at night. Sometimes exhaust fan is necessary but they are on same switch in a rental

You can get bulbs with memory that you could invert the lighting and the exhaust and then add a lamp - or maybe a permanent nightlight

But what about a nonsmart bulb with a little chip with different light settings / dimmer? So you flick off and on to toggle between modes, one for day and one for night.
