Actually - doesn't this have the taste of convenience food for rebel thoughts? Easy to swallow, no harm done, easy to protest against since nobody would give a damn, but when the time is ripe you insert other stuff, gradually shifting focus to things that actually matter to you.

Say what you want, but the script is quite intriguing. Tell fancy stories, gather troops and when you amassed an army they'll do pretty much anything you want.
