I was thinking mostly for browsing, muting, and also for following.

(for muting, it doesn't have to be a hashtag, but it also doesn't hurt to have a hashtag there because of the extra work it can do.)

Even if most people participate by replying to the post, sometimes replies get broken. & maybe some people would like to post direct to their accounts instead of replying.
