it would seem they have decided that a) it's not of importance or b) that no speed is necessary. I understand it now goes to the Appeals court Jan 9, and so delay, delay, delay.

It keeps going to my point that the slow and deliberate nature of the court system is going to lead to the elimination of the slow and deliberate court system once the nation has ceased to be nation of laws Jan 25, 2025.
