- Embed this notice@Marshall Sutherland (Posting with Hubzilla) as a voter, who tend to vote for republican candidates, almost exclusively, I can attest, that the pain felt, by third party supporters, is still meeting, with a very high immunity. I disregard this decision, by the Colorado Supreme Court, as nothing more, than something that was conjured through hate, emotion and frivolity.
Laws are made by legislators, not judges, in Colorado, or indeed, any other state. I would perhaps, have a more attentive reaction, if indeed, this decision, was one created by the lawmakers of Colorado. Also, the republican establishment, of the state, is claiming, that they will just bypass the primaries, in favor of a caucus type system, which, if done, would mute the court's decision.
