gnutelephony@osnews The HarmonyOS development environment is a strange collection of tools, many built on node, so it is rather different than say android studio. Unfortunately, for reasons unknown, local ISP's here seem to deliberately cut bandwidth to certain industrial sites (like Huawei) from mainland China to unusable speeds, so I never was able to look at it more closely. But there is lots of English language documentation.
