@Miaourt You can program on a smartphone in a much easier way to writing a novel (as programming isn't writing text all day, it's more like detective work), I've done that quite few times on SailfishOS back when I was using it, including regular graphical applications, because you can just install the devtools on the phone itself.

Lack of programming on smartphones is more because Android/iOS are stuck to being non-programmable at all by design, they're effectively worse at being computers than a TI calculator.
