    Colorado Supreme Court rules Trump not eligible for ballot

    Ruling stayed until January 4th to allow for a SCOTUS appeal.

    A few key points of the ruling
    - section 3 includes the President
    - an insurrection occurred
    - Trump's actions engaged in insurrection
    - Jan 6th speech incited crowd that breached capitol
    Bunch of other stuff in the ruling - some looks wrong but we will see what SCOTUS says.
