Embed Notice

So I used #tusky for a while, but posts from other platforms like #pixelfed didn't appear in my timeline and I wasn't able to follow any non-mastodon account. So I uninstalled it and started using the browser app instead. I still can't see pixelfed posts in my timeline, and additionally all images are now broken (photo below). It's the same from the browser page (no app). I'm currently using chrome on android. Is there any functional alternative I can use to solve these issues?

(I know, chrome is sh1t, I need to find time to migrate all my work accounts)
